I worked at a hotel (late 90's) as a waiter, and my smallest christmas day was $400, biggest being $725 (was a buffett style with 3 seatings!.) New Year's Eve parties were NICE!! as well!. (12 year stint there)
Current job as a bartender (lake club), biggest day was $450 on a 4th of July!. Christmas', I prefer not too disclose!.!. tehe
Mind you, I have 25 years experience as a food server/bartender!. This is my career of choice!. The day usually involves 10-12 hours a day if not more!. But really can't beat the money!. LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com
