What to do if you don't have a rolling pin?!


Question: What to do if you don't have a rolling pin!?
I need a rolling pin for some dough I'm making, but I don't have one!. Is there something else I can use!?

Anything that's tubular, smooth, and hard enough to withstand pressure!.!.!.!.tall tumbler, medium-sized jar, straight-sided vase, even the metal hose extensions that come with your vacuum cleaner!. But!.!.!.!.yeah!.!.!.!.I think you are better off buying a decent rolling pin!. LOLWww@FoodAQ@Com

A jar will do!.!.!.!.like mayo or pickles!.!.!.anything really!.!.just be sure to flour it up!.!.!.
I don't have one either and I keep forgetting to get one!.!.!.

yeah, I've used a glass before, (plastic so you don't push too hard and end up breaking it all over your dough!.) I've also just patted it out before as thin as you want it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use anything with a similar shape, like a glass or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have an empty wine bottle, soak off the label and then flour it up like you would a regular rolling pin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just flatten it and then use a large spoon to smooth it but it would be easier to go buy oneWww@FoodAQ@Com
