"3 heaped tablespoons of baked beans, haricot beans, kidney beans, cannelloni beans, butter beans or chick peas!. Remember that beans and pulses do count, but only as 1 of the 5 portions, no matter how much you eat "Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. I'm always working towards my five a day & never considered beans as one!. Try to stay away from processed food!. It's easy to be healthy and get your five a day!. Aim for 80% good and 20% bad!. I usually eat my five in work ( fruit ) and then get a hearty/healthy dinner down me in the evening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
