Crepes, help?!

Question: Crepes, help!?
Hello!. Im getting married in a month and will be having a brunch reception!. I would like to have crepes for my brunch, and instead of worrying about the cost of a chef or caterer to make them I'd like to learn to make them myself!.

My first question is for instructions on 'how to make crepes!?'

My second question is 'what would be a good filling that would be ok to save in the fridge a day prior to the wedding!?'
(I would like fruit and nutella, but fruit like banana's turn brown)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
watermelon, oranges, cantelopes, strawberries, grapes, any type of citrus, cherries, plums, and pineapple!. or, you can try what some people do, put a type of citrus on the fruits, such as pineapple, lemon, or orage juice from having it turn brown, but test it first and leave it overnight before you take the risk to do it on your wedding day!. you can also use store-bought solutions to put on food to keep them from going brown!.

there are a lot of recipes for crepes on this website, but you can use almost any one of them for the shell of the crepe!. just don't fill it with what they tell you to if you're going to make your own filling for them!.

crepe recipies are easy to find, but you have to practice before the event!
as for fillings!.!.!. any kind of fruit is great even bananas, just add the bananas at the last minute and fold them up!.
but crepe fillings dont end at fruit, use marscapone cheese, eggs, smoked salmon, ham, cheese, turkey, or any other sandwich filling, try butter, peanut butter, and honey!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like fresh-cut strawberries in my crepes, with whipped cream, or soft icecream! YUM :) Some people prefer cheese, bacon, eggs, etc!. Below is the link to another question, but resolved!.

Hope I've helped, & congrats on your wedding(:Www@FoodAQ@Com
