Does eating a diet of mostly spicy foods (like hot sauce, peppers, etc!.) have any serious health risks with it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't think so, look at all the different cultures that mainly eat 'spicy' foods!.!.!.Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish etc!.,

I once read in a book - Food: Your Miracle Medicine
that cayenne peppers were actually very healthy and helped aid with stomache ulcers!.!.!.!.!.and out of all the different types of pepper plants and seasonings, Black Pepper is one of the worse things you can eat for your stomache!.!.!.!.

We are what we consume!.!.!.some things that may effect you may not effect me!.!.!.most spicy foods are blood purifiers, yet some people are allergic or have different body chemical responses!. If you eat something that makes your head swell up, I'd leave it alone, but if you notice mosquitoes not bothering you anymore, I'd add some more to your diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have eaten a mostly spicy diet for years with no ill effects!. So i'm thinking no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
