Answers:
If you can chew and swallow something, go ahead!. Will peanut shells do anything for you!? Well, I would view them as a bulk item--roughage!. If you are sucking on the salted shells, they are pretty salty!. Unnecessary abuse of your molars, too!. At the most, you will have bulkier stools!. But I would rather have a bowl of oatmeal for that purpose!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to eat them then eat them!. Its not going to hurt your GI tract!. You'll be fine!. The acid in your stomich will do most of the work!. From there your Intestines will finish them off!. You'll be fine!. They aren't razor blades!. Now if you were trying to eat walnut shells i'd advise against it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't think you could!. One time my dog did on accident and when it came out he wined!. Most dogs have stronger digestive systems then humans!. So I wouldn't suggest you do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think so, I mean it might mess up your digestion sysmtem, plus I am pretty sure that it doesn't have any nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not even my African Grey Parrot, Flaco eats the shells!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Let your plants eat them!. Research "scratch compost" and "garden!." They're healthy for them, but not for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't even suck on the shells, how do you know if they are clean enough!? They aren't for human consumption!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i do the same thing!. they're mostly fiberso they r reely hrd 2 dijest!. i wouldnt suggest swalowing themWww@FoodAQ@Com

its best not to eat them!.!. pretty hard to digest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
