It's just plain dumb! You have to have a certain mind set to be anorexic!. It's not a matter of not eating but more of how you view your body!. It's more psychological than it is physical!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OK, do you wtch the news!. That is the absolute worst way to lose weight!. Do research and find your daily allowence!. Track what you eat on microsoft excel!. And use calorie king to help you find the nutrition facts of the food you ate!. But don't stop eating and don't eat less!Www@FoodAQ@Com

just lay off the heavy foods, like fried foods, sweets stuff like that!. eat fruits and vegetables and dink lots of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
