i love blenders because you absolutely do not need a recipe! as long as you know the basic concepts and textures of smothies, milkshakes, etc!. go to the grocery store and get all of your favorite fruits, frozen and canned are fine too!. dont forget milk, and some good yogurt that will go good with the fruit you pick out!. those powdered smoothie packets are also good, they make your smoothies extra frothy!. i like to take one banana, mixed frozen berries about a cup, 4 or 5 ice cubes, almost a whole container of pina coloda yogurt and enough milk so it will mix in the blender!. mix up and enjoy! makes 2 large glasses!. but use any fruits you like!
another great drink if you like coffee is coffee milkshakes! take coffee icecream and milk to your liking of how thick you want it and a squirt of chocolate syrup! yummmo!. and if you cant get coffee icecream i would use vanilla or choc!. icecream and pour in a small mug of coffee and some choco syrup, then enough milk if its too thick!.
the blender is the most useful easy kitchen appliance ever! haha i love it!
get creative, make fresh tomato sauce, your own salad dressings, creamy soups, condiments, pesto, anything, enjoy :]Www@FoodAQ@Com
