its the stuff in water that isn't water mainly minerals!. Some bottled water especially those labeled as "mineral water" have a lot of minerals in them!.

Certain famous ones come from mineral springs that have been used as curative waters for centuries!. Humans need many small amounts of minerals so these can healthy but of course these add to what you call the "thickness" of the taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OK first off the water that u buy maybe be mineral enhanced which just means what it says mineral enhanced so it taste pure
another reason its natural spring water
this means that the water is taken from a river or basically a spring and the is purified to an extent to be clean but not pure
so u might be drinking bear urine u never know
but that is basically why it taste different1Www@FoodAQ@Com

cuz supermarket water and resturant water go thru filters!.!.!.and your tap water does not!. The filters change the molecules of the water and the taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
