What is the best way to keep bread from getting all hard and moldy?!

Question: What is the best way to keep bread from getting all hard and moldy!?
Whenever I buy bread for my husband and I, even though it's the freshest bread I can find, it all gets hard and moldy in about three days!.
It's practically impossiable for us to eat a whole loaf that fast!.

Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
either put it in the fridge, or cut it in half and freeze one half and refrigerate the other!.

to thaw it out just put it out onto the counter for a few hours, or make sure it's pre sliced so when it's frozen you can just separate the slices!. or you could turn your oven on to about 200 degrees and thaw it for about 10 min!.!.!.

air tight frozen bread should last in the freezer for about 6 months!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have two ways to slow this process!.

1) If you slowly use bread products (Burger Buns, Hot Dog Buns, Sandwich Bread!.!.!.) you could freeze it and take out the product on a "I need it" basis!. You could then defrost in the microwave, grill (if you are grilling) or let it slowly defrost (this kind of leaves the bread soggy, though!.)!.

2) You could simply leave the bread in the fridge!. This has basically the same principle as the above idea; however it it better if you plan to use the product quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

don't put it in the refrigerator!. it will dry out quicker that way!.Keep it in a dry place, preferably a bread box!. That is why they were created but most people don't own them anymore!. I do, and my bread can last up to 2 weeks sometimes!. Keep it out of the heat, out of sunlight and keep it tightly sealed!.
