Chose #3!. The oat clusters with freeze dried strawberries (Jordan's country crunch) and soy milk only don't use soy milk use REAL milk like 2% instead of that fake soy milk crap unless you need to drink it for medical reasons!. It is one of the worse things for you plus it tastes nasty!.

Mix those frozen strawberrys with 2 bananas/yogurt/nature valley bar/Milk/ and put a hand full of Crunchy nuts cereal ummmm Damn That sounds Good!. Or you could mix up what you want!. Try it out tho a make sure to add enough milk so that the shake ain't so thickWww@FoodAQ@Com

Junk food for breakfast!? Really bad idea!. Start the day with say, eggs and smoked salmon, or kedgeree, or devilled kidneys or even scrapple!. But not this rubbish!. So bad for you!. For fiber take some metamucyl!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Banana Smoothie with yogurt
Bran flakes and soy milk
Oat clusters and soy milk

Warm 50ml milk 100ml water over hob in pan!.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and add 6 tbsps of porridge oats!.
Then add some low cal sugar and enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com
