yes you can!. once thawed, use within 3 days - as you would normally once opened!.

freezing not only kills the bacteria, but also the spores!. the only thing is, it can make the milk taste a bit watery - so try freezing full fat/whole milk to get the semi skimmed taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
