I have to monitor my blood sugar so I eat Whole Grain Cheerios!. I use to eat Frosted Flakes but my favorite would be Froot Loops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think grits are considered a cereal!. with butter and salt and pepper or cheese and bacon!.
