Random and STRONG food cravings!?!
Usually I am a healthy,nutritious and careful eater!. I try to eat foods that are good for me and I only go crazy with carbs every now and then!. But recently, I've been having the strongest food cravings of my life!. I need to meat, lots of it!. And cheese popcorn!. I just wake up and have the strongest craving for something random, and a lot of it!. Today I ate a lean cuisine,hot pocket and some sausage for lunch, just because it had meat in it!. I need to get back to my healthier self!. Or else I will gain tons of weight!. Any other alternatives to something nice and tasty to munch on that is also nutritious!? Just until I can wean myself off of this meat and popcorn craving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cravings are usually your body's way of telling you it needs something!. Give it some protein early in the day with scrambled eggs or egg whites, peanut butter and toast, or some fruit and yogurt!. also when a craving hits choose one of these high protein options or lean deli meats, grilled chicken, turkey, or shrimp!. As for the popcorn, I can't help you!. I try to watch what I eat but at the end of the day, I have a bag of popcorn! I try to stick with the 97% fat free stuff to keep it a little healthier!. Maybe your PMSing, i get odd cravings every month because of it!.
Or maybe theres something setting that craving off, like you might of had something really yummy and fattening and your body just wants more of it, try carrots, theyre yummy ! OR buy one of those fruit containers, they have like different sections and in each section theres a different fruit and in the middle theres a yummy yogurt dip, its really nice and filling , i love them! you can get them at almost any grocery store, good luck ^^<3Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can only give you this advice and I don't think I should say anything!. First do not be a slave to food!. You have the control!. You and food is not a relationship, it is a way to sustain your life!. Eat because you have to, not because you want to!.

most likely and old wives tale but it has been said that went you crave certain foods you are vitamin deficient!? could be a pile of crapola not to sure but i do remember my grandmother and aunt saying that when I was younger!. Meat is not bad for you protein is great!. Popcorn and cheese are just dairy and carbs I would not worry to much about it

I don't know of anything healthier that won't pack on pounds!. I personally take a drink of water if I want something caloric!. Usually takes the craving away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
