Question: What is the point of parsley!? does it even taste of anything good!?
or is it just added to things to irritate people!? does anyone really like it!? does anyone eat the garnish on the side!? please explain!. thanks

It grows on you after awhile!.!.!. I used to hate it as a kid!.
I was looking for an article about parsley the other day and found this:

" Tea may be used as an enema!. Chinese and German herbologists recommend parsley tea to help control high blood pressure, and the Cherokees used it as a tonic to strengthen the bladder!. It is also often used as an emmenagogue!.

It is said to have not taste, but does add color as a garnish!. I have been told it is also good for killing bad breath, so I always ate it after the meal!. As far as the comment about taboule salad, I have never used it for that, my recipe calls for the green part of onion stems, sometimes called chives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Parsley is a herb which is widely used in cooking, it has a pleasant fresh taste which can really compliment some dishes!. Macy's top tip!. Where im from most of the top,trendy resturants dont use it, they use corriander or rocket>that makes more sense to me
