Answers:
!.25 lb of combined meat and cheese!. That's 1/4 pound of combined meats and cheese, per person!.You should also plan for !.50 lb (1/2 lb) of combined salads, per person!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would count on at LEAST 2 sandwhiches per person!. Most people will probably only eat one, but you would rather have too much than too little!. Leftover sandwhich makings are pretty easy to handle!. I would count on between 3-5 slices of lunchmeat per sandwhich (depending on the thickness of the slice!. Less for thicker slice, much more for deli sliced!.) Again, some people will eat much less, but you want to have enough!.

I recently had a lunch party with some of my girlfriends and this was how I figured out!. also, the lunchmeat I bought was larger than the bread, so I cut the slices in half, then rolled them up and laid them out on a plate!. They seemed to go much farther this way!. With the slices cut in half, I noticed that the women took less meat than the lunch meat that I hadn't cut in half!. We also had potato salad and chips and veggies and some of the women still had two sandwhiches!.

Hope this helps! Good luck with your meal!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a lot!. Not everyone likes their sandwich the same!. Not everyone eats the same amount of sandwiches!. You never know!. More than enough is better than not enough at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
