I have my meat and vegs. all ready for my kabob skewer but I am not sure how to prepare it or what to do.?!

First make sure the skewers you put them on are wet!. Arrange your meat and veggies however you want them!. Then you can marinade them with what ever you want (I like Italian salad dressing), making sure the skewers stay damp!. (If you dont, the skewers will burn)!. Use a high heat vegetable spray on your grill to keep them from sticking!. Cook untill juices run clear!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ensure all are cut uniformly, to ensure they all cook at the the same time, evenly!.
Marinade your meat, prior to threading, that tenderises, thus cutting down on cooking time!.

you can put them in a container to marinate them to give them some flavour!. i love using soya sauce, water with veggie oil and then adding lemon and herb seasoning!. or you can spray them with cooking oil so it doesnt stick tot he grill and put whatever spices your heart desires on them!. the oil will also help the spices stick!. happy grilling!Www@FoodAQ@Com
