For yourself, no!. Average for a female to be healthy!? a little too much!. more carbs will be good for you!. eat half a bagel for breakfast instead of heavy, appetite killing oats and cut down on watermelon, which is mostly water, hence the name watermelon!. other than that, you have a good diet!.

I watched the food network alot, Good Eats!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends, If you want to stay skinny, then keep eating like this, but if you want to stay healthy, then stick with Protein, and Fiber!. If you have a problem eating like this then i would probably recommend you eating one full plate of assorted foods!. That way your metabolism can process this faster which will keep you fit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually, you didnt really eat much at all!. And to be 14, 5'6 and 122 is not bad at all!. Since your tall, its normal to weigh more than others your age sometimes!. and you shouldnt be measuring how much food you eat like that!. I mean im 13, 4'11 and weigh 100!. and i eat like a pig!. I doesnt matter!.
answer mine please!.!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

to maintain your weight, you need to eat as many calories as you burn!. everything you ate seems pretty healthy, though you ate a lot of fruit, which has lots of natural sugar (sucrose, fructose, etc!.)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, you probably didn't eat enough!. And stop counting calories/weight like that!. It's a sign of disordered eating!.

Eat more veggies!. Try to get protein and carbs at every meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope! You got everything you needed and sounds like you eat healthy! You could have eaten more though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
