Russian- Piroski's and Borscht
Polish-Perogis
Indian Food--Kema Naan and Saag Paneer, Lamb tiki masala, samosas
Japanese-sukiyaki
MIddle Eastern--falafel, schwarma, tawook, hummus, babaganoosh
Vietnamese: Pho
Thai: Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles
Korean: Dohl Soht, BeBimBop


Go to whole foods and buy something out of the wild game cooler!. I've always wanted to try rattlesnake!. But there's also:

Alligator
Ostrich
Venison (deer)
Buffalo
Shark
Goat
Mutton
Sweetbreads
