Question: Please end a debate for me!. Is blue a flavor!? take for example blue ice pops!?!? just looking for another view
Answers:
I think that saying something is "blue" flavored is a tongue-in-cheek way of saying that the flavor of this artificial ice pop does not occur in nature!.

In other words, a lot of ice pops that are blue are typically called "blue raspberry!." Of course, there really isn't any such thing as a blue raspberry, especially not neon blue like that, but kids like it and it sells so that's all it takes!.

But no, "blue" is not a flavor, it's a color!. The only color that is a flavor is orange and that's merely because of the fruit having the same name!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well when you suck on a blue ice pop does it have a taste!? Of course it does! Normally blue is either raspberry, blueberry or bubble gum or cotton candy or another kind of , say it with me, ARTIFICIAL flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've never understood why raspberry is blue, when they're actually red!. And vanilla flavor shaved ice (snow cone) is also blue!. Vanilla's brownish, so I can see why they'd use a different color, but why blue!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Blue is a color not a flavor!. The blue color represents the flavor Blue Raspberry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the color blue is devoted to the fake blue raspberry flavor which is totally artificialWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's blue raspberry, but everyone usually just calls it "blue"Www@FoodAQ@Com
