This question is impossible to answer in a short space!. However, the over all answer is yes!. I am a physician that treats cancer patients with concentrated whole foods!.!.!.mostly juice!. Therefore, there are many issues not discussed here, but it is a good way to lose weight and get healthy!. You should find a natural health care physician in your area and consult with him or her!. you won't die if you stop eating meat!. i would be dead, as would thousands of other people who don't eat it!.!.!.

i eat only raw fruit until lunch time, then i have a big salad with some cooked beans and low-fat cheese for protein

dinner = bad!. i usually have about three beers, some brown rice or other whole grain, beans/tofu/seitan and a ton of veggies!.

i'm not saying i've lost any weight JUST from this - but i'm certainly not gaining any, despite the beer and calorie-laden fruit smoothies i knock back all weekend!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dont try it
you need meat to survive
if you do that diet
then you have chances of diseases getting sick
and other dangerous stuff
and also getting piimples and spots everywhere
its too dangerous DONT DO IT
