Breakfast needed some protein - next time add some nuts or a piece of cheese!.!.!.!.!.
Lunch was just wasted calories, with no nutritional value
Dinner was good !.!.!.!.!.!.
You only had 3 servings of fruits/veggies and should have 4-5 servings per day!. You had two servings of protein, and should have some protein at least 3x a day (even if it's only a few nuts, or a piece of cheese!. !.!.!.!. I didn't notice ANY grains in there, and you need fiber each day too !.!.!.!.!. This was a fairly healthy day, as far as it went, but you need to add some fruits & veggies and a little more protein!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In order to answer your question accurately it would be helpful to know your: age, sex, height, weight, and how much excercise you get (outside of normal activities) in minutes each day!. Without this information, you have asked a question that can't be answered with any degree of accuracy!.
(I also could have asked about the olives but didn't ask about them because with only eating two, I didn't count them in what I had to say!.!.!.!.it makes a difference whether they are fresh, marinated in something, have pits, are green or black!.!.!.!.You see why I didn't get into it)
Now that I saw that I got a thumbs down, the reason I asked the question is this: The calorie needs for a female who weighs 125 and is 5'7", is in her 50's, who works out for 30 minutes a day are different than they would be for someone 175, 5', and in their 30's who gets no excercise outside of their daily routine!.
To help you understand, I'll tell you my stats!. I get no exercise outside of my daily routine!. I'm 31, 4'10, and weigh 135 pounds!. This puts me at least 20 pounds overweight for my height!. It's suggested that a person of my age, sex, height and HEALTHY (remember I'm considered overweight) weight eat about 1600 calories a day!. Of those calories, a healthy weighted person with my stats is permitted to have 130 calories of extras (solid fats, added sugars, and alcohol!.)Since I'm not at a healthy weight, in order to lose weight, it is suggested that I eat 500 TOTAL calories less than that a day!. If my weight still is overweight, then I will end up cutting some of the extras (130) calories I'm allowed!.
Bearing this in mind and hypothetically saying that your stats are the same as mine: female, 31, 4'10", 135 pounds (considered overweight) who gets less than 30 minutes of excercise a day this is how your diet stacks up:
If you/I were a healthy weight instead of 135, you/I would need 1600 calories a day to maintain your/my weight!. With the meal you described, we consumed roughly only 756 calories!.
We were allowed 130 calories of extras and we consumed 308!.
We had no GRAINS!. We need to consume 5oz of grains!. Some of those(about half) need to be whole grains!.
Of our VEGETABLES, we had 1 cup!. We needed 2!. If we assume that we had 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli flowerets, we had 17 calories!. 1 medium 5" long sweet potato with nothing added to it counts as a 1/2 cup serving with 101 calories!.
Of FRUIT, we had a 1 and 1/4 cup!. We needed 1 and 1/2 cups!. This is assuming we ate a medium size grapefruit, 4"across!. We had 82 calories!.
Of MILK, we had 3/4 of a cup!. We needed 3 cups!. One 1!.4 oz milk chocolate bar counts as a 1/4 of a cup of milk with 1 tsp!. of oil (We're allowed 5 tsp of oil but should try to consume less)!. There were 214 calories with 116 of those calories in extras!. I also assumed that your parsley sauce for the fish was not a cream sauce but was made with butter!. I also assumed that you had one wedge/1 ounce of cheese!. It has 101 calories and 70 calories of extras!.
Of the MEAT and BEANS group, we had 1 fillet which counted for 3 oz of meat!. Parsley as a dry ingredient adds nothing nutritionally bad!. We needed 5 oz of meat/beans combined!. Because of the butter sauce, there are 140 calories and 51 calories of extras!.
If we were trying to lose weight then we did pretty well because our limit was 1600 calories and we consumed less than half (756)!. We could have hypothetically consumed up to 1100 and still probably lost weight!. If we're trying to maintain our weight, we didn't eat nearly enough!. We didn't get enough in any one food group!. If we're trying to gain weight, we need to eat more than what we were allowed and should see a doctor for help!.
So, it depends what your goal is as to whether or not you ate enough but generally speaking since we consumed less than half the calories of someone at a normal weight and didn't eat enough from any one food group and had no grains at all, we didn't do well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
