I'm a fruit addict?!
So I think I'm craving fruits a LOT!. Like I'd pick a slice of mango or something over ice cream!. But our house is like fruit deprived, thank goodness we'll be going food shopping tomorrow!.
But anyways, is it bad to eat too much fruit!? And is it weird that I'm craving fruits!?

Too much of anything is not always good for you!. But, in the case of fruit, the worst it could do to you is make you run to the potty alot!.

You CAN be addicted to fruit, and it IS a bad thing!. But it's not as easy as getting addicted to Nicotine, or anything!.
I wouldn't worry about it, unless you crave fruits even when you already have them around!.!.!.!.!.or if you want them when you just filled yourself with them!.!.!.
In that case, don't freak, just tell someone about your worries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is natural sugar in fruit!.!.!.usually during summer months its normal for people to crave more of fruit since we get our sugar naturally from these rich sun drenched variety of fruit!. Yet later in the year when you don't get enough sunshine or warmth!. We will crave those in form of tin foil wrappers to our bodies we know it as sugar resource!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nah, it's probably for the better!. Just don't eat mango every day constantly, change it up! Go for some kiwis, strawberries, honeydews or whatever once in a while to balance out the different nutrients! =DWww@FoodAQ@Com
Our bodies naturally evolved to crave fruits because our bodies need the vitamins that are in fruit!. You should eat lots of fruit and hopefully lots of vegetables too and whole grains!. Better to eat fresh fruit over dry fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think you just need to go ahead and listen to your body!. Sometimes our bodies crave foods because we may be lacking in some of the nutrients they provide!. I wouldn't worry- just be glad it's summer and you have so many yummy fruits to choose from!Www@FoodAQ@Com
