No kidding, I have 6 or 7 shrimp (depending on the size) for breakfast every morning, along with a fruit and veggie drink!. :-)
It is a quick meal and provides a needed and easily digestible protein for me to get started for the day!. is a healthy choice as it is an excellent source of protein and nutrients like vitamins D and B12, selenium and heart-healthy omega-3 fats!. Prepare it in a healthy way (no deep frying)!.

I'd have to say NO!. Since I discovered that shrimp is a bottom feeder, we don't eat it anymore!.

Shrimps contains very good nutrients; protein is the most!. Some people got allergic for shrimps!. as long as you not it will be fine!. Protein from shrimps and fishes are difference from meat!.

If you eat the tail only there is a lot less cholesterol than sucking the head !. The shrimp is not the bad part for you!. The butter and cocktail sauce is what is bad for you!. In many countries like Vietnam and Spain, people eat shrimp every day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
