Answers:
I can't see why anyone would say that!. Cheerios are one of the most universally edible foods out there!. You can give them to a two-year old, your pet gerbil and they are still a great adult cereal!. They have plenty of soluble fiber in them and will lower bad colesterol!. They are ver low in sugar and yet popular with kids!.

Have you seen what passes for cereal for most other varieties!? Many are more than 50% sugar by weight and they even have cookie-flavored cereal!. I think they should ban cartoon ads on high sugar cereals just like they got rid of Joe Camel for cigarettes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Regular Cheerios and not Honey Nut or any other kind are actually very healthy!. They are made of whole grain because they have the General Mills G on them [ which is a very good thing to look for on cereal ] and they even help "lower cholesteral"!. If you really wanted to eat healthy cereal, I would go with Kashi!. It tastes pretty good, I love it, and it's very healthy and full of vitamins and nutrients!. :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some people might not believe they are healthy for you if they do not have a huge list of vitamins and minerals in them!. (i wouldn't know if they did or not cause i dont eat them!.) or they might think they would be unhealthy if they had more that 6 grams of sugar in them!.

And yes, Cheerios is one of the healthiest cereals that there is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The person could have mistaken them for "Honey Nut" cheerios instead of regular cheerios!. Another reason is that dieters such as the "Akins diet" would consider cheerios as a starchy product filled with carbohydrates and would stay away from them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

People who think cheerios are unhealthy are simply morons!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

because they are idiots!Www@FoodAQ@Com

because they dump a pound of sugar on them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
