parboiling is fine as long as you fully cook the meats!.!.!.
For example, the Italian sausage can be be cooked by boiling!.!.!. and it should be fine!. The frying just adds some texture and flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as the boiling process cooks the meat ALL the way through (so that the internal temperature reaches over 160 degrees) you should be fine!.
If you're concerned, you can always cut your meat into small chunks after boiling, and cook it in the microwave for a couple of minutes to ensure that it's thoroughly cooked!. You can also cook your meats in the oven or broiler; tastes better than frying, doesn't make as much of a mess, and cooks everything thoroughly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

guess it depends where you get this sausage, if you made it yourself, you would know!.!.!. but otherwise, if its already cooked/smoked (usually darker brown, but could be lighter), then it doesn't hurt how much you cook it, you could even eat it cold!. If its raw, and hasn't been smoked or cooked (usually red + white) then parboiling isn't enough usually i would say!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Vgatables would be safe but the meat don't trust it!. Bake it to the safe temprature for the meat contained in the sausage if you don't want to fry it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
