It's possible what you are eating is empty calories (ie candy, fast food, baked goods!.) The body needs a balanced,varied,healthy diet,and if it's not getting what it needs, the body will crave for food, just make sure you are getting lean meats,vegetables, low fat dairy, and enough fruits since the body does not store Vit C or make it, you need to constantly replenish the body's source!.
also if you have recently upped your daily physical activity your daily calorie needs will also go up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

what are you eating!? refined carbs!? if you always have the munchies, try eating spinach leaves, bell peppers, broccoli, canteloupe (in addition to your regular meal) !.!.!. eat as much of these as you want 'cause they are really filling and will satisfy your munchies without adding calories (but while adding fiber and other yummy nutrients)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat healthy snacks like fruit, cheese, light jello, crackers, yogurt, etc!. You definitely should not starve yourself, so just eat healthy when you are hungry!.!.

It takes food approximately 4 hours to digest!.

You could also be confusing thirst with hunger!.!.!.So if you just ate recently than drink some fluids to help give a feeling of being full!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I go through periods like this!. Usually it's hormonal!. It drives me nuts!!!! What I usually try to do is distract myself by doing something else- something that has nothing to do with food!. Do you have a hobby!? Something to keep your mind and your hands busy is good!. Take up knitting/ crochet!. Something like that!. It really does help!.

It could also be that you just aren't getting the right types of food and your body is just begging for some nutrients!. Eat lots of fruits and veggies!. This can help, as well!.

find a snack that is healthy and fills you up and continue to eat that!. because fat food isnt good and you use up the energy it gives you really fast so you consantly feel hungry and it makes you fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chew a piece of gum
Drink a liter of water
Go for a walk
Go for a jog
Go out with friends
Go shopping

If none of these help then eat an apple or a piece of fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

quit drinking diet soda!!! all the sugar substitutes give me the munchies!!!

also cut the starchy carbs out of your food plan and quit eating such heavy meals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go for a walk or do other types of exercise to suppress your appetite and make sure you are drinking plenty of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
