No, actually it isn't dumb, funny, stupid or anything like that!.

Your friend is afterall nearly grown and will be moving into his own flat, apartment, or whatever in the next several years!. Granddad is absolutely correct in persuading him to purchase his own "household" items!. And this includes the BBQ grill now while he CAN afford it easier!.

When he is paying his own way in the world, it will be not so easy to have things like this!. So now is the time to purchase a very good one that will last for the next say 25 years!.

Think ahead my young friends!!! You have 75 years of living ahead of you and if you purchase good items now, it pays off later when you decide to have children and cannot see from one paycheck to the next!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are worse things to blow £200 on!. Better that than 20 DVDs or a bunch of video games!. £200 is a bit much for a first grill but if it lasts it is a worthwhile investment!. If he eats steak and burgers then he will be using it!. I prefer charcoal grills for cooking (MUCH cheaper) but they take much longer to get going and are messier!.

About one half of all households in the US have a grill and that number would surely be bigger if more people owned homes!. They are great because you can then host parties!. When spring comes every hardware store in the US has 40-50 of them on display and many cost as much as $1000!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not at all!. Here is what I use $3,000!.00 US Dollars!.

Just like the one in the moving picture!. Same color!.
