Would you be bothered if your cucumber was bent?!
Given the possible relaxing of EU rules about fruit and veg being standard shapes and sizes, do you care about the shape and size of your greens!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The EU needs to get stuffed, they tell me what i can and can't do and when i can and can't do it!.
If mother nature had wanted bananas to be purple and round she would have done that!. Cucumbers are long and bent or can be long and straight, or short and stubby (dill or courgettte), or fatter and longet and heavy like a marrow!.
The EU need to keep their noses out of how we grow our vegetables, my mate is a farmer and he was told that because his Cabbages where to big thet were to be ploughed back into the land, yet he had already been paid for them to plant and grow them!. What a waste of money and a waste of good food!. In the end he took a load to local greengrocers and market traders but several acres got wastedWww@FoodAQ@Com

Ooooh er Missuss! No - all the same whatever shaped and size - I grow cucumbers in my greenhouse and sometimes they curl into very wierd shapes - lets face it, fresh fruit and veg should be left to be individual, like the people of the world! Supernarket uniformity is a ridiculous principle!. Lets hear it for freedom for cucumbers!.!.!.!Www@FoodAQ@Com
No!. I really dont see what difference the shape of a vegetable makes to how it tastes!.
I prefer to get my fruit and veg straight from the producers - sometimes they are a bit wonky, but they taste much better than the bland, unripe, standardly sized rubbish they sell in the supermarkets!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
