yes!. pre flavored yogurts are just sugar and yogurt!. its like syrup flavored and its not as good for you!. you can make a parfait :] its delicious! and it has grains, fruit, and dairy!. 3 things from the healthy food group!Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!.!.!.also, you could try mixing it with frozen fruit but maybe put the fruit in the microwave for a short time first!. I use nonfat plain yogurt and mix it with a banana and frozen strawberries and put it in a blender and it's a really good yogurt milkshake!. My mom made those when I was younger and my youngest son loves them too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, absolutely!. Pre-flavored ones are manufactured and sugary!.
Try this ::
One pint plain yoghurt
One small cut up peach or fruits of your choice
1 tbsp or so of honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
Stir to mix and place on aluminum foil!.
Let FREEZE 1 hour and stir!.
Put in container and freeze for a few hours!. YUM!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are adding / mixing in real ingredients,minus the colour & artifical flavours, choosing what suits you best & what you happen to have around at the time ,so it is not only good for you but easy on the pocket as well !.
In India we always have freshly set home made yogurt handy & mix & match to our hearts content ,sweet or savoury,the choice is wide !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
