My favorite egg dish is actually one of my signatures: Greek Scramble!.

Saute' spinach in a pan until that beautiful deep-green color!.
Add beated eggs and milk and stir continuasly until scrambled!.
Add fresh tyme, spearmint, oregano, and parsley!.
Serve with Feta Cheese, Lemon zest, and calamata olives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As for me, I sometimes don't get the chance to eat!. :(
But when I do eat breakfast, I usually just have a nice
bowl of ceral or sometimes doughnuts from the gas

i drink a big glass of water with a little bit lime juice(to get my metabolism going) and then about 30 mins later i eat a granola bar!. i dont like to eat that much either!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I have time, I try and make an egg white omelette with broccoli and tomatoes- or sometimes spinach!. With a good bowl of fruit (whatever's in season) Then I'll have a nice big glass of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
