Wow, I've had some pretty spectacular meals in my life and I feel blessed by that! This may sound simple, but I still taste this meal to this day made by my Mother!. When I was quite young, I was a very picky eater and during this phase, my Mother would make Shrimp cocktail (her own sauce, which to this day is the best that I have EVER had), Iceburg Salad with a big Jersey Tomato sprinkled with Black Pepper and 1000 Island Dressing and Spaghetti Marinara!. I felt so special because she picked all my favorites and served them for dinner and we didn't have alot of money when I was growing up, so I know how much it hurt in the wallet for the seafood too!. (She also did this for the other kids in the house too, which I thought was cool!. So, now we've graduated to Filet Mignon, Diver Sea Scallops, sauteed Asparagus and Potatoes Diane!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but I cook that and she loves it!. See!? what goes around, comes around!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.this was a nice trip into the past, answering this question!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In Kauai with a friend, we ate a restaurant and had fresh-made pina coladas (not from mix), macadamia crusted ono with grilled veggies and pineapple and wasabi mashed potatoes!. It was killer! That was like 5 years ago and we still talk about it : )Www@FoodAQ@Com
