Bran Flakes, make you do a number 2!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Whole grain cereals!. General Mills makes many popular cereals and has actually started putting the fiber (along with other information) on the front of the box right at the top, very helpful!.
I eat a Fiber One bar every day, you'll find them by the granola bars!. They are really good and have 35% of your recommended daily allowance of fiber!.
Oatmeal is really good, as are most fruits!.
Whole grain breads (read that label, you don't want white flour disguised as whole grain), whole grain crackers--look for Kashi crackers, they are really good and full of fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
