Can anyone tell me how to freeze chunks of fresh potatoes? Do you need to pre-boil them?!

Blanch them!. Which means to cook til almost done but not soft!. Then immediately place in ice water to stop the cooking process!. Then freeze in airtight bags or containers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
