New Recipe Site --?!

Question: New Recipe Site --!?
but here's the thing - I want to take other's people's recipes that I find online and change them to a 5 Star Recipe and post it as an online "Find" and remake it to a recipe that I want and changed to what I believe is 5 Star!. I think I have to ask their permimssion but how do I go about it and make sure that it is LEGAL to POST it and post the NEW recipe as I see fit!? Can I do that or do I have to pay them!? What is the law about this!?

Thanks SO much!!!!

PS - I will include their name if wanted and the online link to it!. BTW!. Whatever they want JUST AS LONG AS I CAN USE THEIR RECIPE!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as you take a recipe from anywhere and change it, it's now yours!. You don't have to pay anyone for your recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think it depends on the site where you find the recipe!. I would imagine sites like Allrecipes, recipezaar, kraftfoods, etc!.!.!.etc!.!.!.!. have a fine print somewhere about it!.

Here is a small bit of the fine print from allrecipes!.com
