100 calories and 12 grams of fat a wing!. If you've ever had a bad wing, it was probably because you didn't get it from Buffalo! They're supposed to be fried, not baked or grilled, and with Franks' Red Hot sauce!. Visit the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, birth place of the chicken wing!.
No!!! You don't bread chicken wings!!! You fry them as is and roll them in butter and hot sauce!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buffalo chicken only contains trans fat if it is in the sauce!. if you make your own sauce using butter there will be no trans fat!. there will be plenty of fat however!. A trans fat is a chemically altered product, if you stick to natural you are safe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's not that good for you!. It's not made out of trans fat, but does have a lot of trans fat!. When you eat buffalo chicken, you are eating more fat than you are protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
