Wedding HELP...tips on crepes, and crepe filling?!
I am having a DIY wedding next month and have just learned to make crepes that I need to learn to master cooking, storing/refrigerating, and reheating for the day!. If anyone could suggest any tips that'd be helpful!.
also, I'm having a brunch reception and want sweet crepes!. I've ex'ed out bananas because they brown easily overnight and only have strawberrys and nutella in mind!.!.!. any other fruit or sweet suggestions that will hold up in the fridge overnight and be reheated!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup milk
2 eggs!.
Blend for 3 + minutes!. put into the refrigerator over night!. Cook!.

i am deeply sorry to say this but pancakes are way better than crepes!.!.!.just go with pancakesWww@FoodAQ@Com
