Answers:
If it were me, I would not eat it, but then, I'm allergic to penicillin!. There must be some mold in there somewhere!

BTW, we had cheese in our fridge which had not been opened but was beyond the expiration date!. It looked and smelled okay, but after calling Kraft Foods, we learned we shouldn't eat it, in spite of how it appeared and smelled!. I questioned them about the saying that cheese improves with age, but they said if we ate it and got sick, they wouldn't be held responsible!

Good luck in making a wise decision!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When milk is at 50 degrees or more it starts the same fermentation process and bacterial process as yogurt!. Even though it may have some of the same bacteria, some bad stuff could have gotten the opportunity to grow too!. If you were to whip that up with some sugar, it may taste similar!. I wouldn't eat it though!. Too many bad bacteria and not processed in a sterile way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Although I wouldn't eat it our ancestors certainly did!. You have heard of curds and whey haven't you!. As I understand it they would add a little sugar to the white mass and eat it like a pudding!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get rid of the liquid, add about 10 big spoons of honey and it may be alright, or maybe just buy a new pint of milk down the shop!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would probably end up spewing your guts up for weeks after this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rotten and foul!. Like a certain supermarket's cheese!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh the very smell would be awful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't eat it!!! It will make you sick!. As far as the cheese!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I wouldn't want to find out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't drink it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
