Is this a healthy everyday lunch?!
2 pieces of 100% whole wheat Oroweat bread
2 fried eggs (1 yoke 2 whites)
1 Banana
Water to wash down everything
This is what is going to be my lunch for this summer because Its easy to make and doesn't take too much work!. Is this lunch healthy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is never healthy to eat the same food for too many days in a row!. Your body needs a variety of nutrients and no single items are going to provide them, which is why you should rotate for variety!.
The lunch you list above is good, but you should change it up over the course of the week - ex!. add tomato to the sandwich, substitute banana for orange or another fruit one day, make an omlette another or boil the eggs, instead of bread one day have rice etc!. Add a yogurt or something different another day!. Or if you add letuce and tomato to the salad it will be more filling and healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

everything except for the fried eggs!.!.!.!. anything fried is not the greatest!.!.!. it is a good source of protien, but i would try scrambling or poaching the eggs!.!.!.!. it takes just as little time, but it is a lot healthier!. also consider maybe making the eggs into an omelette with veggies *like peppers onions tomato or whatever you like* to get your vitamins, then you can eliminate the bread and just eat omelette and fruit with some water, sounds a little yummier too :D plus omelette's are super easy to make, you just stir up the eggs, plop in the veggies and pour in a pan, and flip a few times!.!.!.!. good luck to you :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Any fried food isn't really healthy!. But still, I say you need a variety of things!. Eat one thing one morning, another thing the next, just to change things up a bit!.

It's passable I guess!. But you shouldn't have that every single day!. Especially if you're loading the bread with butter!. It sounds more like a breakfast to me anyway!. also, take out the yolk and stick with egg whites- the yolk isn't healthy!. Make sure you cook it in Pam and not butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You shouldn't really eat eggs EVERY day, about 3 times a week is good maybe 4!. Although your lunch sounds healthy, constantly eating eggs could raise your chlorestoral levels!. If your levels are good to start with then you should be ok on that for lunch!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It seems healthy but not very filling, I personally love pb&j on whole grain breads with a green apple and some skim milk!. It's awesome energy and an easy I am a rush kind of think-just in case you get tired of eggs and bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yes and no yes it is healthy but not every day vary it up also through a little vegetables but nithing is healthy all the time so id mix it up with a sandwhich that u made not store bought also switch it up with milk instead of water better for ur bonesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Very! You may want to switch fruits sometimes, though!.!.!. Bananas are very good for you but you should also have some fiber from fruit in your lunch! You could also add carrots, celery, etc!. to your lunch for a veggie :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds like a pretty good lunch to me!. I would add some fresh fruit, such as an apple, orange,grapes or something like that!. If you are worried about not enough vitamins then take a supplement as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
