what can i eat during the day (breakfast,lunch,dinner,snacks) that will incorporate all five food groups !? im 16 and need meal ideasWww@FoodAQ@Com

just try to make sure you incorporate lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains and proteins in every meal!. Have fats and sweets on special occasions, not often!.!.!. but have healthy fats, like one at every meal!.!.!. try to have something like an apple and peanut butter for a snack, and good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
