Crazy Froot-Loop plan?!?!?!
well i have this idea!. im gonna eat ONLY froot loops for one month, starting on the first!. how do you think this will affect me, and will i get sick or something!?
just so you know: im not doing it to lose weight, and i will eat 3 bowls a day, but maybe a little more on some days depending on what happens!.
so you cant talk me out of it, but whats your opinion!?

You'll get sick of it lightening quick!. But I'm inspired and will try that too!. Just curious, why fruit loops!? In any case, I'll see how long I last with one of my cereals!.!.!.!.probably granola as I already eat that 2-4 times each day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Umm i dont think thats a good idea this would be like Super Size me the Froot Loop version!. Your body wasnt made to eat only one food, eating only one type of thing isnt good for you, you have to eat a lilttle of everything to stay healthy!. And can i ask why did you pick Froot Loops lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well froot-loops are basically empty calories!. You do get some nutrition from them but not alot!. What will happen is, first you'll get tired of them and you'll also feel weak because you need more protein and other foods to give you energy!. What I would suggest is go on the Special K diet instead, eat two bowls a day and a good balanced meal!. That'll work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
As a mom of 3 you need to know that your poop is going to be a rainbow of colors!. If you are really considering this try the fruity cheerios instead, same taste, more fiber!.

I think you'll get sick from all the sugar you'll be eating!.

You will probably feel sick!.!.!. there's a lot of sugar in those, and I don't think it will fill you up all that much because there's not much protein in them!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
