Do you let yourself get hungry?!

Question: Do you let yourself get hungry!?
I mean, if you feel hungry in the morning between meals, do you find yourself a snack, or do you just shrug your shoulders!?

there isnt too much good to eat around here so I kind of doWww@FoodAQ@Com

It just depends really!. Sometimes I do find something low in calories and fat and sugar, other times I just wait until the next meal rolls around and eat a decent sized meal, or other times I get a drink of water!. Sometimes we may feel like we are hungry, but our bodies are actually really thirsty, but we don't know the difference, so we eat instead!. And eating more than you really need to can cause people to gain too much weight, which is really un-healthy and its bad for your heart!. So I try to stick with a glass of water!. But, if you drink some water and still feel hungry, find yourself a low-calorie, healthy snack!. ^^Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always try having a glass of water when I become hungry!. Most of the time your body is thirsty rather than hungry, but we can't tell the difference!. If you are still hungry after the water try a low cal snack like fruit or veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a snacker for the most part!. I have a lot of crackers in my house!. * crunch crunch* my kids love them and so do I !. = ) xx SugWww@FoodAQ@Com

FIND A SNACK SOMETHING LIKE FRESH FRUIT OR FRESH VEGGIES OR SOMETIMES A MINI BAG OF POPCORNWww@FoodAQ@Com

Most of the time when I think I'm hungry I'm actually thirsty!. So I usually grab a drink first and if my hunger persists!.!. I make myself a sandwich =]
