Well assuming you are used to the people in the neighborhood and they know you!.!.!.I would suggest a few varieties of fruit salad!. Or some nice chosen and washed pieces of cold, juicy fruit!. I go golfing a lot and they have really bad fruit, but if I could grab a nice cold nectarine and cool banana in my neighborhood I surely would!. Not only this, but by introducing little cool bowls of blueberries with a little cool whip, or some strawberry halves too!.!.!.then the kids and parents would all appreciate the fact you are making the kids healthy and providing useful foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gourmet cookies & brownies! Packaged nicely will bring more money!

Coconut Cashew Crunchers
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Flaked Coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped Cashews
1!. Preheat oven to 350 F!.
2!. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl until creamy!.
3!. Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour!.
4!. Stir in coconut and cashews!.
5!. Using ? cup measuring cup, crop cookie dough about 3” apart on non-stick baking sheet!.
6!. Flatten cookie dough slightly!.
7!. Bake until edges are golden brown about 12-15 minutes!.
8!. Remove from oven!. Cool a few minutes and remove from baking sheet to plate!.
9!. Makes 24 coconut cashew crunchers!.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie
1 1/4 c!. flour
1 tsp!. vanilla
1/2 tsp!. baking soda
1/2 tsp!. salt
1 egg
1/4 c!. sugar
6 oz!. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
7 oz!. jar macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c!. butter, softened
1/2 c!. packed light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees!. Into large bowl, measure flour, butter, sugars, vanilla, baking soda, salt, egg and 1 tablespoon water!. With mixer on low, beat until blended!. Stir in chocolate and nuts!. Drop by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets!. Use pancake turner to flatten into a two inch round!. Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly browned!. Cool on wire racks!.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffles
Truffles:
1 1/3 c!. Nestle's Toll House semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp!. heavy cream
1 tbsp!. butter
2 tbsp!. seedless raspberry jam
Chocolate Coating:
1 (6 oz!.) pkg!. Nestle's premier white baking bars OR
1 c!. Nestle's Toll House milk chocolate morsels OR
2 tsp!. shortening OR
Nestle's cocoa or confectioners' sugar
In heavy gauge saucepan, combine morsels, heavy cream and butter!. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth!. Stir in raspberry jam!. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze 20 minutes!. Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto foil-lined cookie sheet!. Freeze 15 minutes!. Roll into balls!. Freeze until firm!.
To Coat:
Over hot (not boiling) water melt white baking bars or morsels and shortening, stirring until smooth!. Drop frozen truffles one at a time into melted coating!. Stir quickly to coat, then remove with fork, shaking off excess!.

Lemon Snowballs
2 sticks butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
2 cup flour
Coating:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoons Kool-Aid lemonade unsweetened drink mix powder
(mix these together in a bowl)
Cream butter, sugar and flavorings!. Add flour and mix until a dough forms!.
Roll into 1" balls and bake 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F degrees for 15-18 minutes (they won't be brown on top!)!.
While cookies are warm, toss them in the lemon powdered sugar mixture and put on a plate to cool!.
Makes about 3 dozen melt-in-your-mouth cookies!.

Walnut Chocolate Bars
1 1/2 cups Golden Grahams? cereal
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal? all-purpose flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
Heat oven to 350oF!. Crush cereal!. Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl!. Stir in flour, cereal, 3/4 cup oats, the baking soda, baking powder and salt!. Stir in 3/4 cup of the peanuts and 2/3 cup of the chocolate chips!. 2 !. Spread in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches!. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup peanuts, remaining 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons oats!. 3 !. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown!. Cool completely, about 1 hour!. For 24 bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows!.

Cinnamon Pecan Cookie Bars
1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 egg white
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan!.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar!. Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla until the mixture is smooth!. Combine the flour and cinnamon, stir into the creamed mixture!. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan until it is about 1/4 inch thick!. Brush the top with egg white and sprinkle with chopped pecans!. Lightly press the pecans down into the dough!.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown at the edges!. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar and cut into squares!.
