Can't say I live off them, because they are high in sodium!.
But I remember a time when they were just about all I could afford!. I learned to poach an egg and frozen peas or succotash in the broth for five minutes with the noodles (I'd lay a saucer on top of it) for a very nourishing meal for pennies (well, almost)!. Even if you weren't exactly hurting for money, if you came home and needed a pick-me-up, here you go!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i used to!. lol!. but lately, i've been eating a lot of those chow mein things, they're kinda like ramen noodles, but it's some kinda asian stuff with chicken and some veggies in it!. SOO GOOD!.
