What to eat for breakfast?!
I HATE breakfast!. I don't like to eat anything in the morning, even though I know you aren't suppose to!. So anyways, is there a food that I could have that is easy to make and fills you up, but isnt a lot of things to eat!? What could I have!? I don't really like cereal, pancakes, and all that stuff!. Well, a couple of things come to mind:
1!. Smoothies: combine fresh fruit, such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc!. with yogurt, honey, a little vanilla, and ice!. Add some protein powder for extra boost!. Or, try some smoothies with frozen vanilla yogurt, chocolate protein powder, banana and milk for a quick milkshake!.
2!. Muffins or breakfast cookies: muffin-tops are very popular, thanks to Elaine on The Seinfield Show!. You can purchase pans and make your own, or simply cut the tops off of muffins and save the rest of the muffin for something else!.
Toast them in a convection oven and top with Nutella!.
3!. Granola or Protein bars with plenty of soy protein and fibre, but low sugar!.
4!. Consider a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast or cheese pizza!.
5!. Cold spaghetti or lasagne can be a treat if you like it!. (I happen to love it!)
