Fiber foods?!
so i just need someone to help me out with this!. so ive been having trouble going number 2 and i think its because im not getting enough fiber everyone says whole grain stuff and what not but i need someone to tell me like actual food, like if you could name alot of things because im goin to the grocery store and im planning to get alot of foods with high fiber

Here's a sample diet - and when you increase your fiber be sure to drink lots of water too - 6-8 glasses a day!.
breakfast:
1/2 c Fiber One cereal (14 g fiber)
5-6 dates (3 g fiber)
or
2 scrambled eggs with a teaspoon of Fiber Sure mixed in (5 g)
2 slices whole grain bread (look for the kind that has 4 g fiber in each slice -) (8g)
5-6 dates (3 g)
lunch
1/2 c hummus in whole grain pita (about 8 g)
Waldorf Salad with walnuts, raisins, apples (about 5 g)
even better - add cabbage to the salad which adds fiber
OR
tossed green salad with garbonzo beans, walnuts, apples, celery (4-8g)
peanut butter sandwich made with high fiber whole grain bread - check your peanut butter and bread for high fiber brands - (11-13 g)
Dinner
baked chicken breast
baked sweet potatoe (3 g)
brocoli (3 g)

You can get meal/snack bars like Clif bars, Balance bars etc!.!. They are high in Fiber and good for you because they also have more of other good for you Vitamins and minerals!. You can get some for a low price from a store like http://www!.imedmart!.comWww@FoodAQ@Com
You can also buy this stuff called benefibre!. It's completely tasteless!. It's really easy to add to any thing you're eating!. You can even add some into water and not taste it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
There are these bars called Fiber 1 bars, they are really good and full of fiber!.
