Dont be nervous, just relax and think of something else and before you know it, i'll be over and done with!. When my brother got his wisdom tooth removed, all he ate was!.!.!.

Oatmeal
Mashed potatoes
Cream of Wheats
Mac & Cheese
Scrambled eggs
Cheesecake
Brownies
Peanut butter
Ice cream
Milkshakes
Yoghurt
Fruit smoothies
Apple sauce
Congee
Ensure meal replacement

I ate Popeye chicken and potatoes when I had mine out LOL

Soft foods~

Yogurt,mashed potatoes, Carnation inst breakfast, ice cream, juice, sorbet, oatmeal,soup broth (not soup) and scrambled eggs!.

Try not to be nervous =( You'll be okay, just follow the Doctors advice and get rest after they are taken out!.!. hugzWww@FoodAQ@Com

Scrambled eggs!. Try to relax they are professional, they can took them off in few minutes only!. If you are still nervous that day, you can take something to help you to relax!. Good luck :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't be nervous!. I had all four of mine done at once, and I was fine!. No pain at all really!. (The painkillers helped I'm sure) But yeah, basically eat anything soft that doesn't hurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
