30grams of any cereal with 125ml of milk!!
lol so thats what i have
but if i'm not on a diet it's usually a big bowl of cereal and half a pint of milk lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cereal is the best food in the world! You can eat and drink at the same time!. I love coco pops!. I used to pour the milk on then whack on a layer of thick cream!. Very fattening but oh so tasty!. Now I ditch the cream though!. I put in enough cocopops to half fill the bowl, then fill up with milk until the level of cocopops is about a centimetre from the edge of the bowl Then gobble it up!Www@FoodAQ@Com

it might sound weird but i put just enough milk in so that it all absorbs into the cereal and theres none to very little left in the bowl after a few min, (i also wait for it to absorb most of it before eating!.)

and i love regular ole cheerios!.!.!.!.YUMWww@FoodAQ@Com

lol, honey nut cheerios!. and here's what i do: i fill the bowl with cereal, and then i pour in the milk just until the cereal moves!. i don't drink milk, so i like the cereal wet but not soaked!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

put the cereal in the bowl!. and then fill up to where the cereal floats up!. :) done it since i was a kid!.
