I get too hungry, How can I diminish my hunger?!


Question: I get too hungry, How can I diminish my hunger!?
I eat as much as my 30yo brother!. And I get hungry all the time!. I eat 6 small meals a day but I have to drink a lot not to feel the hunger!.

Peanut butter helps me not feel the hunger, anything else could help!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add 1 TB apple cider vinegar to an 8oz glass of water - add a lil honey for taste - then drink with dinner - it does help curb an appetite Www@FoodAQ@Com

The more water, the better!. also, avoid caffeine and high-starch foods such as potatoes and white processed breads!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
