Poached eggs on wholemeal toast
Porridge
Baked beans on wholemeal toast
Bran flakes with a banana chopped up
Omelette with lean bacon chopped up
Scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast
Boiled eggs with wholemeal toast
Note: I always use wholemeal toast and never use butter, always a low fat cheese spread!. I also always have skimmed milk!. If you're really serious about being healthy have a glass of water before you start your breakfast and sip it throughout the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite healthy breakfast would probably have to be chocolate chips muffins, a banana, and either orange juice or milk!. Orange juice is healthy for your hair, and prevents you from getting sick!. Milk keeps your bones strong, and bananas make you feel better!. also muffins are made of grain which helps you maintain a healthy life!. Hope I helped, and remember to eat breakfast!Www@FoodAQ@Com
